Who we are

What this site does

It is a one-page site that presents a TradingView indicator and a guide, and links to a checkout page. The material is educational and is not financial advice.

What we collect

• Hosting data. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and kept secure.
• Visit analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. According to Vercel, it does not use cookies and does not follow you across sites. It records page views, the page you came from, your country, and your device, browser and operating system type, in aggregated form.
• Purchases. The payment page belongs to Hotmart, not to this site. Hotmart collects your payment details and gives us the information we need to deliver the product, such as your name, email and purchase details. Hotmart has its own privacy policy.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer you.

This site does not set cookies of its own, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. If you go to the checkout page, Hotmart may use its own cookies under its own policy.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To deliver the site and keep it secure: legitimate interest.
• To count visits and see which pages are used: legitimate interest, using aggregated data without cookies.
• To deliver a purchase and answer questions: performance of the contract, and legitimate interest.

Who receives data

Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Hotmart (checkout and payment). These providers may process data in the United States, Brazil and other countries. Payments are received in Brazil.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept according to Vercel's retention for Web Analytics. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support and legal or tax duties. Emails are kept for as long as needed to answer you.

Your choices and rights

• Depending on where you live (including the EU, Spain, Brazil and California), you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy, or to object to or limit processing, and you can withdraw consent. Write to chamalafy@gmail.com.
• You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Spanish AEPD or the Brazilian ANPD.

Children

This site is not meant for people under 18.
